Sean qualified as a Financial Advisor back in 2016. Since then, he has excelled in the industry gaining the trust of his long-standing clients. Sean prides himself on good working relationships and communication which help support clients’ expectations. He loves face to face meetings as nothing beats having a cuppa and chat where possible. Before this Sean ran a very successful electrical company for over 10 years with many clients following him from Sparkie to Advisor. What a testament that is!

Likes : Cooking, weekly boxing class

Dislikes : Queuing (for anything)

Hobbies : Golf, Leicester Football Club

Burning desire : That one (or both) of my boys will play football for England!

Nancy joined the Practice having worked with Sean and Natasha previously some years ago. Having worked in many sectors over the years, Nancy has office management running through her veins and brings a wealth of administrative experience to the business. Nancy is a real people person, providing a warm welcome when you walk through the door. As well as ensuring the smooth running of the office, she is the first point of contact with our clients making sure that their queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Likes: Italian food, nice wine, dogs (in any shape or form) and a good book

Dislikes: unkindness

Hobbies: spending time with family and friends, cooking/baking and keeping active at the gym

Burning desire: to learn to play the piano!

Natasha got into the world of finance after meeting Sean in 2019. After going through her exams, Natasha became a Mortgage and Protection advisor back in 2022. Prior to that, she was a professional dancer both on land and sea for over a decade. Now juggling work life and mummy life to their two boys, there is never a dull moment. Tash is thrilled to be at the heart of Connolly Financial Planning and loves meeting new people and building long standing working relationships.

Likes : Good food and wine, spending time with family and friends and being able to dry washing on the line.

Dislikes : Coriander.

Hobbies : Live theatre/music

Burning desire : To have seen Elton John live

Sam began his journey in financial services in 2020 as a trainee Paraplanner in the IFA sector, completing his Level 4 exams in 2023. Sam met Sean in early 2025, representing the newest member of the Connolly Financial Planning Team.

Likes: movies, music and his pet dogs

Dislikes: winter golf (the game is hard enough without the cold and rain!)

Hobbies: keeping active with the gym, cycling and gaming when time allows

Burning desire: to visit Japan

Libby recently joined Connolly Financial Planning, bringing with her valuable experience from a background in property management. In her role as Mortgage Administrator, Libby works closely with Sean to support clients throughout their mortgage journey – from the initial discussions and property search right through to completion. She liaises with solicitors and estate agents to help ensure each case progresses smoothly, keeping clients informed and supported every step of the way.

Likes: Thai food, ballet, going to gigs, sausage dogs, exploring new places

Dislikes: running

Hobbies: going to the gym, baking, paddleboarding

Burning desire: to visit New York city, and Thailand (and to learn piano but Nancy has already claimed that one)
